abstract = "Dados noturnos da velocidade do vento, temperatura e umidade do
e n{\~a}o turbulentos.
homog{\^e}nea. An{\'a}lises da decomposi{\c{c}}{\~a}o em
coespectros analisados, onde o n{\'{\i}}vel de 80 m apresentou
importante para ambos os n{\'{\i}}veis. Portanto, a
n{\'{\i}}veis analisados se mostrou desempenhar um papel
relevante no comportamento dos escalares no s{\'{\i}}tio
estudado. ABSTRACT: High-frequency nocturnal data collected during
the ATTO-IOP1 experimental campaign in central Amazonia between
October and November 2015 were used to analyze the temporal
variability of scalar fluxes at 325 m above the forest and its
dependence on turbulence regimes and submeso scale fluctuations
(non-turbulent motion). Through the calculation of the
intermittency factor (FI) two turbulence regimes were found in the
analyzed period: intermittent turbulence regime and homogeneous
turbulence regime. Multiresolution decomposition analyzes were
applied to the fluxes series of these two regimes. The analysis
showed relevant contributions of non-turbulent processes in the
mean spectra and cospectra. For the intermittent regime, a
significant contribution of both turbulent and non-turbulent
processes was observed, with an accentuated peak at the low time
scales and a greater variability of the signals in the larger
scales of the analyzed spectra. For the homogeneous group, a more
significant influence of non-turbulent movements was observed in
the LE and CO2 spectra. An analysis of the influences of turbulent
and non-turbulent motion was also performed at the 80 m level and
compared with the 325 m level. Differences were observed in the
behavior of the analyzed spectra, where the 80 m level presented a
higher peak when compared to the 325 m level in the turbulent.
This occurred for both regimes evaluated. On the other hand, in
the larger time scales, the influence of nonturbulent processes
proved to be important for both levels. Therefore, the influence
of submeso movements on the analyzed levels has been shown to play
a relevant role in the behavior of the scalars in the studied
site.",
